I have a passion for healthy (performing and achieving, fun, safe) organisations and teams that are created upon a basis of individual (and then collective) well-being and success. This is what gets me out of bed in the mornings.

I have 20 years of experience in leading teams of all shapes and sizes from the workshop floor to large professional divisions such as Gippsland Health Services, Bendigo Bank to Office of the Chief Executive Officer for Cardinia Shire Council and their Executive Team.

Being the founder, designer and facilitator of The Leadership Conservatory - a 12-month leadership development program - created a space for leaders to slow down, focus and equip people with the skills and knowledge that will see them thrive in today’s world. Understanding one’s Self, Team and Organisational leadership components is key and fundamental for great leaders to know themselves, before they can lead their teams and influence their organisations successfully.

My private (legal/consulting) and public experience with senior roles in water, health, local and state government, together with my Masters in organisational leadership, is instrumental in how I am known as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues.

My work philosophy and focus is all about integrity - doing what you say you will do when you say you will, celebrating your success, owning your mistakes and learning from them while acting honestly.

Personally, I enjoy spending quality time with family and the people I love. My health and well being - to be physically, mentally and emotionally well, I believe allows us a way to do the things we want to do. Learning, reading, meeting people is a growth and evolving mindset that enables me to build strong, valuable relationships.

My relationships are fundamental to how I serve in See Design (my boutique design studio), and so is my alignment and collaboration with Petruc.co. Our connection cultivates a living, growing, and giving brand and I’m so grateful to be apart of such a like-minded collective.

I have been the principal coach, designer and marketer for over 25 years and have developed my own Brand Coaching program and modules, that help one learn and grow their personal brand and communicate their leadership persona. I am all about pursuing your passions, defining who you are and enjoy investing in yourself, your team and your ideas. As a ecosystem architect, I’m also along with the ride in bringing all those ideas, concepts and innovations to life!

Leadership Brand Coaching, designing, facilitating and marketing for clients both large and small (locally and globally), has given me clarity and confidence in understanding what turns their interests into purposeful, worthy, and successful assets. Ensuring your message has meaning and why you do what you do matters. I am known to bring energy, positivity, and visual insights to workshops and ensure that branding is the process that connects great commercial strategy with great creativity.

In my spare time, I’ve turned my love of design and hand scripting into an online store called Bespoke2.com. I value truth, growth and giving and enjoy serving climate impact leaders and sponsoring key fundraising community events, that engage with people who inspire the world through greater good causes. I’m passionate about all things of faith, family, fun and food - and yes a great tiramisu will get my attention :)

I am driven by a passionate belief in Developing People and Legacy and the fact that you cannot have one without the other.

I have over 30 years in senior executive and leadership roles across the Public and Private sector in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and the Northern Territory. Most recently as Chief Executive Officer Department of Local Government & Community Services, Office of Aboriginal Affairs (NT) and Chief Executive Officer Townsville City Council.

These roles have afforded me the opportunity to develop my experience across a broad range of Industry sectors including Retail, Infrastructure, Property, Major Events such as the Sydney 2000 Olympics, Local and State Government. Including extensive experience in organisational reform, strategic, corporate and operational planning, construction & infrastructure and service delivery across urban, regional and remote communities.

During my career I found that my greatest pleasure came from developing teams, organisational culture, and preparing them to achieve group and individual success whilst instilling the importance of values such as Integrity, Resilience and Caring for each other, their community and Stakeholders. I firmly believe that these factors define your Legacy.

I’m an Executive Coach who blends the clarity of an engineer with the empathy of a mentor. My passion is helping leaders and teams uncover their potential, build trust, and create thriving organisational cultures, particularly in local government and community-focused sectors.

Over my 20-plus years in leadership, I’ve seen how the drive to deliver outcomes can overshadow the very people who make those outcomes possible. When leaders are stretched thin, engagement can drop, talent can go unnoticed, and the opportunity for lasting impact is lost. I believe leadership should be purposeful, human, and sustainable. I picture organisations where people bring their authentic selves to work, collaborate with confidence, and go home feeling valued, knowing their contribution makes a genuine difference to their colleagues, their organisation, and their community.

My coaching is tailored to each client, whether they’re executives navigating complexity, emerging leaders stepping into bigger roles, or teams aiming to work better together. I draw on a logical thinking mindset, my engineering background, and decades of practical leadership experience. I listen deeply, ask the right questions, and work alongside clients to help them gain clarity, navigate change, and lead with both head and heart.

Being recognised as one of IPAA Victoria’s Top 50 Public Sector Women (Established Leader) was an honour, but the most rewarding part of my work is seeing people grow, removing roadblocks, building confidence, and finding their unique leadership voice.

Beyond my coaching role, I’m a proud mum, a marathon runner, and someone who unapologetically sings out loud while running, a personal reminder not to take life too seriously. For me, leadership is a lot like a marathon: you train, you pace yourself, you build the right support network, and you remember to laugh along the way. I’m here to help others go the distance, without losing themselves in the process.

I’m a Master Coach, facilitator and catalyst for whole-systems change. My work is about unlocking human potential to create a new reality. I support leaders and changemakers who feel called to lead with clarity, courage, and care – but often struggle to bridge the gap between who they are and the impact they know they’re here to make.

The real issue? Most coaching and leadership programs build competencies, but overlook consciousness. They teach what to do without addressing who we need to become. In a world of complexity, disconnection, and change, that’s not enough.

The cost is real. In organisations, it shows up as miscommunication, mistrust, and performance gaps. In individuals, it means burnout, disconnection, and unrealised purpose. Without aligning inner clarity with external structures, we risk repeating what no longer serves. That’s where I come in. I work at the intersection of spiritual wisdom, human potential practices, and integral theory to enable purpose-led, high-performance leadership. With me, you get more than coaching. I co-founded the organisation now known as IECL, a pioneering centre in the Asia-Pacific for training professional executive coaches, and I have coached hundreds of leaders in organisations like NAB, Telstra, and the Asian Development Bank.

I’ve dedicated over 30 years to fostering positive change through strategic decision-making and community engagement. My journey began in local government, where I honed my skills as a senior leader in consultation, research, and operational planning.

Now, as the founder of Stubbs Consulting for the past 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of clients, including local and state government organisations, as well as non-profits, guiding them through challenges and opportunities.

The collaborative process is what truly excites me, and I have been fortunate to work with Nick and Bec since 2012 on a vast array of successful projects. Whether it’s co-designing consultation strategies or crafting future-focused plans, I find joy in navigating the complexities of strategic decision-making. By integrating insights from engagement initiatives with robust research, I ensure that each client receives tailored solutions that align with their unique needs and aspirations.

Integrity is at the core of everything I do. I’m often commended by colleagues and clients alike for my timely reliability and dedication, knowing they can trust me to deliver results with professionalism and excellence, regardless of the circumstances.

Outside of work, I truly find solace in life’s simple pleasures. Spending quality time with my family, gardening, experimenting with new and old recipes in the kitchen, and immersing myself in nature are some of the things that keep me grounded and energised.
