Over the next 10 years we are going to take all of the experience we have gleaned from 21 incredibly challenging years as professionals, parents and people and convert this into an investment in the future.
Over the next 10 years we plan to invite 100 leaders who have an ambition to make a positive contribution to our world. Change CO.LAB will become an alumni for leaders as they navigate the challenges of changing the way the world works. We will take every opportunity to continue to invest in these leaders post their program to be there when they need us.

Hello and Welcome!
🚀 Change. CO LAB 2025 is officially launched!A huge shoutout to Tom and the team for an inspiring kickoff! With introductions in place, we connected and explored leadership strengths.
Nick shared the Petruc.co changemaking journey, setting the stage for the impact we’ll create together.
Our 2025 changemakers are already on their way, reflecting on their leadership styles and the impact they aspire to create. Plus, our amazing Alumni — James, Clare, Andrew, and Nicole — joined the launch, bringing fun stories and insights from their own program experience.
